1. Maximum of 6 entries per member. (individual monthly competitions).

2. Entries to be submitted 2 weeks before the competiotion unless requested earlier by the judge. Entries judged on the night can be submitted on the night.

3. All prints to be adequately mounted,all slides to be correctly 'spotted'. (lower left corner as viewed).

4. All work to be titled with member's number. Minimum print size to be 7"x5".

5. The Wilf Hathaway Trophy
A) One entry of 5 prints per member
B) Subject matter to be open and should reflect the photographers camera and digital manipulation skills.
C) Maximum print size - A4. Maximum mount size - A3.

6. The Photographer of the Year Trophy
All entries in the monthly competitions will be awarded points towards this trophy. In house judgeswill be awarded the average points of the particular competition that they have judged.
